IFS is a Bermuda-based financial services holding company with operations spanning Bermuda, the USA, and Colombia. Established in 2016, IFS was founded by Alberto Mishaan and his three children, Jonathan, Moris, and Andrés. 

with the initial goal of consolidating the operations of ExcelCredit and Golden Tree Re. Since then, IFS has expanded its portfolio to include Kanguro Insurance and a significant investment in IRIS CF. Over the years, our operating companies have successfully launched and positioned six financial products that are digitally native, allowing us to compete effectively in our respective markets.
